Elephant Garlic, the southernmost garlic in the world, which offers a
potent flavour but is not as overbearing as normal garlic. Also a natural
product, grown the way it should be, by harnessing the rich natural purity
of Chiloe’s earth, air and water. Only organic, chemical free fertilizers
such as local seaweed are used to nourish growth.
