Organic Therapeutic
Chocolate:
Handmade using the finest
Belgian Chocolate, blended with super healthy ingredients and essential
oils to give this unique well-being effectiveness. Each bar has been
created to aid as a mood enhancing indulgence; uplifting, relaxing or
soothing.
Puddings:
The first serving is the
Chrimbo Pud which was voted the Number 1 Christmas Pudding by The
Telegraph, and personally recommended by Anthony Worral Thompson –
Saturday Express.
“has all the satisfying
depth and richness of the formal Christmas pudding but with a lighter
texture, and is a far cry from those dark, stodgy traditional offerings”
says Master Chef Paul Da-Costa-Greaves, who adds a twist to the
traditional recipe by blending his own spices including: cinnamon, ginger,
nutmeg & allspice, and uses butter rather than suet.
The puddings come in a
basin, wrapped in a muslin cloth and can be steamed or microwaved. The
recipe is suitable for vegetarians.
Gourmet Seaweed Sources:
Seaweed has the same high
fibre as vegetables, more protein than meat, and more calcium than milk.
This natural nutritional
condiment of super healthy ‘brain food’ also provides us with omega 3+6,
vitamins, minerals, magnesium & iron.
All of our sauces are packed
full of fresh seaweed & sea lettuce and have been blind taste tested
against regular pesto’s, ragu’s, salsa’s and sauces, receiving industry
recognised awards.
