Les Craquants are crunchy
mini breadsticks, browned and spiced, made from olive oil and fresh eggs –
an excellent aperitif than can be served on their own or with a cheese
based dip, or dipped into a tapenade, an olivade, or a vegetable sauce
such as guacamole or chickpea puree.
