Les Plantes de la
Lorien
In the heart of Lautrec
country, in the department of Tarn in France, the land is rich and
fertile, the countryside beautiful and the air is pure. Here there
lies a small house surrounded by an extraordinary garden filled with
medicinal and aromatic plants. The name of this garden is La Lorien (named
after the garden of Galadriel, Queen of the Elves in Tolkien’s Lord of the
Rings).
With a lot of hard work and some recipes of an ancient herbalist, Les
Plantes de la Lorien was born – a superb range of jellies with all the
flavours and aromas of plants harmoniously incorporated.
No artificial colouring or preservatives are used during the creation
process. Each jelly is sold in 250g glass jars and can be kept for over
two years. Les Plantes de la Lorien replaces dried, frozen and fresh
condiments and herbs and, can easily be integrated into your usual
recipes, adding a sublime extra touch.
Flavours available include:
Rosemary, Thyme, Lemon Thyme, Basil, Bay Leaf, Coriander, Mint, Sage,
Sarriette (Savoury)
