Mille Envies de Miel
Producteurs de Gout
Pascal Verrière,
beekeeper in Ariège, France, makes a top quality honey. The hives situated
in the Pyrenees Mountains, far from all pollution, and the large varieties
of wild flowers visited by the bees, gives these honeys their incomparable
flavours.
N.B. These honeys originate from zones free from chemical fertilizers and
pesticides. And, the swarms of bees are not artificially fed during the
winter period.
Single Flower Honeys
-
Acacia – sweet and
delicate, it will be appreciated by the whole family. Ideal to sweeten a
tea, a cottage cheese, etc….
-
Chestnut –
characterised by its deep brown colour, is powerful and complex. On
buttered toast or with a mild goat’s milk cheese, it will conquer the most
exigent palates.
-
Linden Flower (Lime)
– offers a pronounced flavour, nuanced and balanced at the same time. Its
spicy aftertaste makes it the ideal honey to be served with a fruit
dessert or on fresh bread.
Creamy Honeys
-
Creamy Honey – the
softness of this cream honey makes it a sweet and tempting, easy to spread
product. A pure delight at any time of the day!
-
Creamy Honey with Walnuts
– the chopped walnuts give a crispy touch to this cream honey. Delicacy
and character to spread on cheese or buttered bread.
-
Creamy Honey with Sesame
– the sesame seeds confer to this honey a roasted flavour that will add
originality and crunch to a slice of bread.
