Franck Tonel’s artisanal
walnut tarts.
The recipe for these walnut tarts/cakes dates back to 1908 and was
originally created by the first patisserie in Puy-l’Évêque where it is now
produced by Franck Tonel.
Located in the heart of a small town between Quercy and Périgord, Frank
Tonel uses only finest quality ingredients according to the original
recipe, including a large percentage of walnuts from the Périgord region.
Without preservatives, additives or colourants, these extremely tasty
walnut tarts are delicious. There are two varieties – one original recipe
walnut tart, and one with a coffee sugar icing topping. Both are 400g and
are sold in case units of 3’s.
