Established in the heart
of Provence since 1930, PLANTIN promotes French traditions and gastronomy
by providing truffles and forest mushrooms of the highest quality.
Truffles, also known as the
"Black Diamond", are a "miracle of nature" according to Plutarque, and
have been since ancient times the ultimate in gastronomy.
PLANTIN is a leader in France with a production of twenty to thirty tons
of truffles a year, and over forty tons of Dry mushrooms; half of this
production is shipped throughout the world.
PLANTIN presents a remarkable selection of fresh and preserved truffles,
dried morels, porcinis, chanterelles... and a wide range of oil and
vinegar flavoured with black trufffles, white truffles or porcinis.
