Tenuta di Ferento produce
two kinds of extra virgin olive oil, table olives, marmalade, honey and
gourmet pates.
At the centre of it all, is
the extra virgin olive oil. Making the finest quality olive oil has been
part of the Catalano family tradition for over 350 years. It is their
passion and their pride.
The olive oil is produced
directly from the olives from the Estate that are grown naturally, with no
presticides or chemicals.
The method of production
follows the family tradition from the picking of the olives by hand to
their pressing.
Combining traditional
production with contemporary methods of research, analysis and refinement,
they achieve the highest quality and aesthetics for the olive oil and the
other items they produce.
