No requests for credit for any other reason will be considered if not
reported in writing to International Food (a division of Newton-Corbett
Limited) head office within one month of date of delivery.
Request for credit should be made in writing, by fax, e-mail or letter.
Complaints can be made by telephone but must be confirmed in writing. In
this case please ask for the name of the person taking the complaint.
We will accept payment of invoices awaiting credit notes.
Please note that the reason why we impose the above conditions is that we
can only claim for damages from our transporters if the above terms and
conditions have been met. This obviously has a direct impact on our costs

request and have not signed “damaged” or “unchecked” then credits will be
refused and a letter sent reminding you of our terms and conditions.
